Nursing Aide in-services. These twelve (12) in-services meet required laws set by the state of North Carolina and are available for all of our Nursing Aides. It is up to YOU to complete these in-services and return them to IntelliChoice Home Care. If you choose not to finish, print, answer all of the questions and return them to IntelliChoice Home Care then as an Aide you run the risk of being audited by the State of North Carolina by not having proper verification towards continuing education.
Simply select the In-services option and then scroll through all of the in-services offered. Each document will include information on a specific topic and various questions will be asked. Simply print off the document, answer the questions, and return to the office for credit towards them. Return by fax (252-565-8992), email (inservices@choosebettercare.com), or in person. The office will keep track of all in-services completed and have those posted by employee number to view showing what has been received. If you do not have access to the internet, simply call the office and try to set up a time in which you could come in and complete the documents here at your earliest convenience.
